Shipping policy

Thank you for Shopping with Jewels of Wah! Please read and adhere to the Shipping policy below regarding Your order (s) before you place your order. 

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges. 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped. Please make sure your address is correct, shipping labels are printed from the information that You (the customer) has submitted on our website. Any package that is returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

 

Please ensure that all billing information is correct and matches the address on your shipping information. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wah@jewelsofwah.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.

Please Note: All custom orders may take longer to process. We ship Priority and First Class through USPS (United States Postal Services). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the carrier services. Please provide a Valid telephone number for any questions/concerns that we may have on your order. After your order has been shipped it may take up to 5 to 7 days to receive. *Please allow an extra 3 to 5 days around major Holiday times (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, July 4t, Memorial Day and Labor Day).
